Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma is seeking an Aesthetics Territory Manager to drive sales of our regenerative portfolio across medical spa and dermatology accounts. You will present products, identify client needs, and develop strategies to grow our business within the assigned territory.

This exempt role offers remote work with up to 10% travel, reports to the SVP of Sales, and requires strong communication, relationship building, and a deep understanding of FDA and medical device standards.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales management or related field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Clearance of favorable background investigation required.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and inform executives on progress.
• Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within the territory.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
• Report on regional sales results weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Present products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Collaborate with sales teams to meet quotas.
• Answer questions about features, pricing, and services.
• Cross-sell products when appropriate.
• Maintain strong relationships and understand customers' business objectives.
• Stay current with industry trends and regulatory standards.
