Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma is seeking an Aesthetics Territory Manager to drive growth across the Medical Spa and Dermatology channels. You will present products, identify client needs, and partner with internal teams to achieve targets.

This role is remote with eligibility to work from NYC; travel up to 10% and collaboration with the SVP of Sales to expand the portfolio across the territory. Strong communication, strategic selling, and relationship-building are essential to expand market presence

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales management experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Background check clearance required

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and keep leadership informed
• Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges
• Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)
• Present products and services to prospective customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions
• Collaborate with sales reps and internal teams to meet quotas
• Answer questions about features, pricing and services
• Cross-sell products as appropriate
• Share best practices across territories
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Understand industry trends and regulatory landscapes
• Maintain knowledge of FDA and ISO standards and SOPs
• Ensure attendance and punctuality
• Complete tasks within defined timeframes
• Commit to after-hours work when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
