Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a Remote Supervisor of Referrals to lead and manage referral and authorization processing. You will supervise the team, coordinate activities, prioritize caseloads, and implement contingency operations to meet performance standards.

The role requires U.S. citizenship for the DoD contract, interim NBIS clearance, and at least 3 years of supervisory experience along with 5 years in referral/authorization management; TRICARE experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years supervisory/management or Team Lead experience.
• 5 years of referral and authorization management experience.
• TRICARE experience is required or preferred.
• U.S. Citizenship is required by the Department of Defense contract.

Responsibilities

• Supervise processing of referrals/authorizations.
• Serve as a resource for the team, monitoring and coordinating activities.
• Prioritize caseload to optimize resources and implement contingency operations.
• Provide research and resolution of issues related to referrals and authorizations.
• Facilitate training for non-clinical associates and coach for growth with performance plans.
