You will supervise processing of referrals/authorizations and serve as a resource for the team, coordinating activities to meet performance standards. You will prioritize caseload among associates, implement contingency operations, and provide research and resolution of issues related to referrals and authorizations.

Qualifications

• 3 years supervisory/management experience
• 5 years of referral and authorization management experience
• Previous or current TRICARE experience
