Zekai is seeking aReferral Partnerships Manager to onboard, engage, and grow a remote partner network. You will build partner relationships, drive referral activity, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth partner experience.

This remote role invites candidates worldwide to contribute to a high-growth program, manage multiple partnerships, and own end-to-end onboarding and communications in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing referral, affiliate, ambassador, or partner programs.
• Experience in partnerships, account management, customer success, community management, or business development.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple partners, priorities, and ongoing initiatives.
• Proactive problem-solving and strong ownership mindset.
• Comfortable working independently and cross-functional in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Onboard partners and explain the portal, opportunities, referral processes, and payout conditions.
• Serve as the main point of contact across Slack, email, and other channels.
• Build relationships through proactive outreach and regular check-ins.
• Track engagement and referral activity, resolve blockers, and elevate high-value referrals.
• Drive engagement and reactivate inactive partners.
• Maintain partner resources and use feedback to improve the program.
