Acceleration Partners is seeking a Growth Manager to drive partner growth strategies for our largest client programs. This remote role involves identifying and scaling high-value partnerships to deliver measurable revenue growth and align with client objectives.

You will recruit, activate, and optimize partner relationships, manage communications with clients, and shape strategy across recruitment, activation, and reporting.

Formación

• 2-5 years of partnership/channel marketing experience, affiliate marketing background required; direct exposure to content partnerships, AEO, or retail media is a strong plus.
• Demonstrated track record of self-generating new business.
• Proven excellence in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of affiliate networks, including Impact, Partnerize, CJ, and Awin.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings, industry conferences, and events.

Responsabilidades

• Develop growth strategies for client programs and scale high-potential partners.
• Identify, recruit, and manage top partners; optimize revenue.
