Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Referral Partnerships Lead to recruit and grow a network of referral partners. This full-time remote role fits a 10-40 hour weekly commitment and pays $30-$50 per hour.

• Experience in partnerships, affiliate or referral programs.
• Proven ability to recruit, activate, and manage external partners.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience with incentive-based partner ecosystems.
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and partner acquisition.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and onboard individuals and small lead-generation organizations into our referral partner program.
• Build and scale a multi-layer referral network to generate company leads.
• Develop outreach strategies to attract high-potential referral partners.
• Educate partners on referral processes, incentives, and best practices.
• Manage partner onboarding, activation, engagement, and ongoing communication.
• Configure and manage custom referral fee structures when applicable.
