Responsibilities

• Manage referral intake from receipt through scheduling.
• Triage service type: therapy, medication management, psychological testing, or a combination.
• Coordinate patient outreach and scheduling.
• Notify referring provider upon receipt of referral.
• Support intake team to ensure a smooth experience.
