You will triage referrals, verify insurance, and coordinate with providers to match patients based on insurance, location, and availability.

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, sending intake forms on the same day, and coordinating follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in health sciences, psychology, or related field.
• 1+ year in a medical or behavioral health administrative role.
• Clinical literacy with mental health service types and terminology.
• Strong phone communication and patient-facing skills.
• HIPAA knowledge and compliance awareness.
• Experience with insurance platforms.
• Familiarity with Dialpad.
• Experience in multi-department or multi-location practice.
• Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage referral intake from receipt through scheduling.
• Triage and tag service type (therapy, medication management, testing, or combo).
• Verify insurance and upload referrals/eligibility into Atlas.
• Match patients to providers based on insurance, location, and availability.
• Schedule appointments for therapy and medication management; send intake forms same day.
