Trusted Results Therapy Group is seeking a Referral Intake & Triage Coordinator for a remote role. You will manage referral intake, verify insurance eligibility, triage service types, and coordinate scheduling with providers across our behavioral health services.

The ideal candidate has an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in health sciences or psychology and at least 1 year of medical/behavioral health admin experience, plus strong phone skills and familiarity with insurance platforms like

The Referral Coordinator manages the referral intake process from receipt through scheduling, ensuring patients are triaged, matched with the appropriate provider, and scheduled promptly. This role serves as a key point of contact for incoming referrals and patient outreach, working closely with the intake team to deliver a smooth experience from first contact through appointment scheduling.

Referral Intake & Triage

• Upload referral and insurance eligibility verification into Atlas
• Triage and tag service type — therapy, medication management, psychological testing, or a combination
• Patient Outreach & Scheduling
• Notify referring provider upon receipt of referral
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in health sciences, psychology, or a related field
• 1+ year of experience in a medical or behavioral health administrative role
• Strong phone communication and patient-facing skills
• Experience as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) or medical scheduler
• Familiarity with insurance platforms, Dialpad
• Bilingual — a plus

This is a remote role, you must be a SC, TX, IL, or CO state resident to apply.
