Trusted Results Therapy Group is seeking a Remote Referral Coordinator to manage the referral intake, triage, and scheduling processes, ensuring patients are matched with the appropriate provider and scheduled promptly.

The role serves as a key contact for referrals, coordinating with the intake team to deliver a smooth first-contact experience from referral to appointment scheduling. SC, TX, IL or CO residency is required.

Competenze

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in health sciences, psychology, or related field.
• 1+ year of experience in a medical or behavioral health administrative role.
• Strong phone communication and patient-facing skills.
• Experience as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) or medical scheduler.
• Familiarity with insurance platforms, Dialpad.
• Bilingual — a plus.

• Triage and tag service type — therapy, medication management, psychological testing, or a combination.

• Notify referring provider upon receipt of referral.
