Integra Partners is seeking a Reengineering Program Director to drive cross-functional, large-scale transformation initiatives across Operations, IT, Finance, Product, and Clinical teams. You will own the enterprise reengineering roadmap, develop business cases, and lead implementations from assessment through realization while partnering with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Advanced degree or certifications (MBA, PMP, Lean) preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Own the enterprise reengineering roadmap and lead prioritized initiatives from assessment to realization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, Finance, Product, Clinical and other functions.
• Develop business cases, ROI/TCO models, and financial justifications for initiatives.
• Manage initiative budgets, resources, risks, and delivery performance.
• Partner with Finance to validate benefits and track realized results.
