Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, change management, or comparable professional certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, consulting, transformation, program leadership, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives through influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise reengineering roadmap and prioritized initiatives from assessment to value realization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Operations, IT, Finance, Product, Clinical, and other functions.
• Develop business cases, ROI/TCO models, and financial justifications.
• Manage initiative budgets, resources, delivery performance, risks, and issue escalation.
• Present progress and decisions to senior leaders and governance forums.
