Job summary

Integra Partners seeks a Reengineering Program Director to drive enterprise transformation across Operations, IT, Finance, Product, and Clinical functions. You will lead initiatives from opportunity assessment through implementation, adoption, and benefits realization, using data-driven recommendations for senior stakeholders.

You will coordinate with Finance and business owners to validate benefits, track realized results, and address performance gaps, while conducting post-implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, operations, technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, consulting, transformation, program leadership, or related fields.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional transformation initiatives through influence and without direct authority.
• Experience in operations-intensive environments, such as healthcare services, revenue cycle management, utilization management, or related service operations.
• Experience developing business cases, financial models, executive recommendations, and measurable benefit-realization plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise reengineering initiatives from assessment through implementation, adoption, and value realization.
• Own the enterprise reengineering roadmap and prioritize initiatives across functions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage budgets, resources, risks, and timelines.
• Develop ROI/TCO analyses and financial justifications to support decisions.
• Provide data-driven advice to executives on performance, cost optimization, and scalability.
• Present progress and decisions to senior leaders and governance forums.
