BH Properties seeks a Recruitment and Workforce Manager to lead our recruiting team from remote operations based in the Philippines, aligned to U.S. Pacific business hours.

This role reports to the Senior Managing Director and drives talent acquisition for commercial real estate roles across a growing portfolio. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in admin and recruitment, strong process discipline, and a proven ability to optimize sourcing, candidate screening, onboarding, and metrics reporting.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in admin and recruitment.
• Experience posting jobs on LinkedIn, Indeed and other sites.
• Solid organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Must be a team player.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and mentor the recruiting team, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily recruiting activities and ensure positions are filled within the desired timeline.
• Assist with onboarding processes to smooth transitions for new consultants in the Philippines.
• Assist in monitoring active engagement of consultants in the Philippines.
• Recommend and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for commercial real estate roles.
• Manage sourcing efforts across platforms such as LinkedIn and other job boards.
• Review and make recommendations on candidate screening and selection processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment plans.
• Review and analyze recruiting metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports for leadership.
• Identify tools, trends and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
