Job summary

We’re looking for a proactive, tech-savvy recruiter to join our team. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle—especially focused on real estate & bookkeeping hiring.

Requirements

• 1+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably remote including onboarding
• Strong background in real estate hiring is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Proactive, organized, and can manage multiple roles independently
• Tech-savvy — comfortable using and understanding ATS (knowledge in Recruit is preferred) and recruitment tools
