Job summary

Desort is seeking a highly driven Recruitment Business Development Representative to generate new recruitment business nationwide. This remote, commission-only role targets business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers, with uncapped earning potential and flexible scheduling.

You will prospect, cold call, email, and leverage LinkedIn to build relationships, win new clients, and support recruitment searches with the recruiting team.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in business development, B2B sales, recruiting, staffing, or agency sales.
• Comfort with high-volume outreach and cold calling.
• Ability to identify and reach decision-makers.
• Persistent with strong follow-up to drive results.
• Confidently sell a service and communicate its value.
• Experience in opening new markets and creating opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to employers nationwide.
• Identify and reach hiring decision-makers at target organizations.
• Cold call, email, LinkedIn, and use outreach strategies.
• Position Desort recruitment services as solutions to hiring needs.
• Develop new client relationships and manage a robust sales pipeline.
• Follow up persistently to convert prospects into clients.
• Explore new industries and markets for Desort; support client searches with the recruiting team.
• Generate measurable new business and contribute to company growth.
