Desort, a growing recruitment firm, seeks a ambitious Recruitment Business Development Representative to generate new recruitment business nationwide. This remote, commission-only role focuses on prospecting, engaging business owners and HR leaders, and turning opportunities into clients.

You’ll work with the recruiting team to support client searches, expand into new industries, and drive measurable growth. A hunter mindset and self-motivation are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, B2B sales, recruiting, staffing, or agency sales.
• Comfort with high-volume outreach and cold calling.
• Ability to identify and reach decision-makers across industries.
• Persistent, self-motivated, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to employers nationwide.
• Identify and reach hiring decision-makers.
• Use cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach methods.
• Position Desort’s recruitment services as the solution to hiring challenges.
• Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline and convert prospects into clients.
