Desort is seeking a highly driven Recruitment Business Development Representative focused on new client acquisition. This 100% remote, commission-only role targets employers nationwide, building relationships, generating conversations, and closing new recruitment business.

You’ll prospect, reach decision-makers, and partner with our recruiting team to support searches, with uncapped earning potential. The candidate will thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, possess strong communication

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B sales or recruitment or agency sales.
• Comfort with high-volume outreach and cold calling.
• Ability to identify decision-makers.
• Strong self-motivation and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to employers nationwide.
• Identify and reach the right hiring decision-makers.
• Cold call, email, LinkedIn, and use other outreach strategies.
• Introduce Desort and position recruitment services as a solution.
• Identify companies with current or upcoming hiring needs.
• Develop new client relationships from the ground up.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
• Follow up persistently and turn prospects into clients.
• Explore new industries and markets for Desort.
• Work with our recruiting team to support client searches.
• Generate measurable new business and contribute directly to company growth.
