Job summary

Desort is seeking a Business Development & Recruitment Sales Specialist to grow our client base across the U.S. This is a fully remote, commission-only role with uncapped earning potential and a flexible schedule.

You will prospect, contact decision-makers, and sell recruitment services while collaborating with Desort's recruiting team to meet client hiring needs. Previous sales and recruitment experience is required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development, client acquisition or account management.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing or a recruitment agency.
• Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and speaking with decision-makers.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Experience with LinkedIn, email, CRM systems, and online prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new employer/client relationships.
• Contact business owners, executives, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
• Identify hiring needs and present Desort's recruitment solutions.
• Sell recruitment and staffing services and generate new business.
• Conduct outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Build and manage your own client pipeline.
• Follow up with prospects and develop long-term client relationships.
• Work with Desort's recruiting team to support client hiring needs.
