Job summary

Desort is seeking a remote, commission-only Business Development & Recruitment Sales Specialist to grow our client base across the U.S. You will prospect, engage, and close with business owners, HR leaders, and hiring managers, offering Desort’s recruitment services.

Ideal candidates have proven success in both sales and recruitment, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently. Desort provides training, support, and uncapped earning potential with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience in both sales/business development and recruitment/staffing is required.
• Experience selling recruitment or staffing services is highly valuable.
• Comfortable prospecting, cold calling, and speaking with decision-makers.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Experience with LinkedIn, email, CRM systems, and online prospecting.
• Spanish/English bilingual is not required but is highly valuable.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new employer/client relationships.
• Contact business owners, executives, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
• Identify hiring needs and introduce Desort’s recruitment solutions.
• Sell recruitment and staffing services and generate new business.
• Conduct outreach through phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Build and manage your own client pipeline.
• Follow up with prospects and develop long‑term client relationships.
• Work with Desort’s recruiting team to support client hiring needs.
