• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle with proactive sourcing and screening.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines aligned to client needs.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to improve market knowledge and candidate engagement.
• Provide post-placement support and client feedback for continuous improvement.
• Maintain industry insights to improve screening and alignment with client culture.
