Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruiting with high-volume or high-throughput sourcing.
• Proven ability to lead and develop recruiting teams, including virtual teams.
• Strong knowledge of ATS and recruiting tech tools.
• Ability to use data and metrics to drive decisions and improve performance.
• Excellent client and stakeholder relationship management.
• Strong coaching, communication and performance management skills.
