Job summary

Crafted Staff is seeking experienced independent recruiters who want the freedom to work remotely, set their own hours, and earn uncapped commission by placing qualified candidates in direct hire positions.

This fully self-directed 1099 opportunity lets you choose which open orders to work on, source and screen candidates with your preferred tools, and submit qualified candidates for consideration, with commissions paid upon hire.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to source and engage qualified candidates independently.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Self-directed, results-driven working style.

Responsibilities

• Review available direct hire and permanent placement job orders.
• Choose which positions you want to recruit for.
• Source passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to confirm qualifications, experience, compensation expectations, location, availability, and interest.
• Submit qualified candidates with clear recruiter notes explaining their fit for the position.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and follow submission procedures.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the interview, offer, and hiring process.
• Help keep qualified candidates engaged through their anticipated start date.
