Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiting Director to provide strategic leadership across multiple markets and programs. You will partner with regional leaders and oversee managers to ensure scalable, standardized recruiting delivery aligned with client demand and growth objectives.

You will guide risk mitigation, drive performance, and leverage data-driven insights to optimize fill rates, time-to-fill, and capacity planning while adhering to governance and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading recruiting delivery teams in high-volume environments.
• Experience managing recruiting performance against measurable goals (SLA/KPIs).
• Experience coaching and holding leaders accountable for results.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to align recruiting with demand and market priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive recruiting strategy and execution across markets and programs.
• Set priorities and guardrails for recruiters, especially for high-volume delivery.
• Oversee portfolio delivery against demand, coverage, and fill-rate goals.
• Provide workforce market insights to inform decisions.
• Address delivery risks and enable sustainable solutions.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve effectiveness while applying human judgment.
