Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting, including 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience with ATS and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and market mapping.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring objectives.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing methods to attract top talent.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and report progress to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Drive process improvements and optimize candidate experience.
• Manage vendor relationships and recruitment tech platforms.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and forecasting.
