Job summary

Artemis Arc is seeking an Events and Logistics Specialist to coordinate end-to-end logistical support for TSA recruiting events, job fairs, and TSA-hosted hiring events.

The role handles event identification, registration, venue arrangements, shipments, inventory, and weekly scheduling, while closely coordinating with TSA and project teams. Remote work is anticipated with occasional travel for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years coordinating recruiting events, job fairs, conferences, or similar event/logistics activities.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, hospitality, event management, logistics, or related field.
• Experience managing event registration, venue/booth reservations, organizer coordination, shipping, storage, inventory, and event readiness across multiple concurrent events.
• Experience maintaining event schedules and digital records for registrations, shipments, inventory, and logistics.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify recruiting events and job fairs aligned with TSA hiring needs; prepare recommendations for TSA review.
• Register TSA for approved events through platforms and organizers; complete agreements and reserve space.
• Identify and procure appropriate space for TSA-hosted events (conference rooms, booth space, etc.).
• Coordinate shipment of event supplies to/from event locations; track deliveries and issues.
• Manage secure storage of Government-furnished equipment and materials; maintain inventory records.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to support events.
• Maintain digital records of registrations, shipments, inventory, venue info, and updates for TSA.
• Maintain a current weekly schedule of all registered events with dates, locations, status, and requirements.
• Complete or coordinate TSA Form 251/251-1 shipping docs within timelines.
• Coordinate with TSA and internal teams on approvals, requirements, timelines, and on-site support.
