Job summary

Artemis Arc is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide flexible, cross-functional support across TSA recruitment marketing and advertising contract activities. Working with the Program Manager, the role keeps day-to-day execution moving across recruitment marketing, creative development, media, job boards, events, logistics, reporting, and client coordination.

Remote work is anticipated with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in project coordination or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and re-prioritize quickly.
• Experience maintaining schedules, logs, and deliverable records.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day coordination, administrative, and operational support across contract workstreams based on project priorities and client needs.
• Support development and maintenance of the TSA Media and Recruitment Strategic Plan, campaign media plans, and deliverables.
• Provide backup and surge support for recruiting events and logistics, including registrations and venue coordination.
• Maintain accurate project trackers and records for deliverables, milestones, risks, and action items.
• Support bi-weekly status reports and monthly program reviews with updates and metrics.
• Schedule and support internal and client meetings; prepare agendas and materials; capture notes and decisions.
