Job summary

Artemis ARC is seeking a Senior Stakeholder Engagement Specialist to lead a large-scale stakeholder engagement program. You will develop strategy and build trusted relationships with homeland security partners to promote adoption of Artemis ARC products and services.

As a self-starter, you will guide teams across complex federal environments, ensuring superior client service, calm under pressure, and a proactive approach.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading teams and identifying stakeholders’ business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong communication, change management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience supporting complex projects and transformation efforts within the federal government.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS suitability/public trust determination.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Stakeholder Engagement Strategy and Plan that support program growth and priorities.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across federal, state, local, tribal, territorial, international, and private sectors.
• Communicate effectively to keep stakeholders informed and manage expectations through consultation and negotiation.
• Develop outreach approaches that empower stakeholders to champion the federal program.
• Lead the creation of fact sheets, online updates, and other materials for stakeholders.
• Coordinate schedules and facilitate meetings, briefings, webinars, and demonstrations to promote the program’s capabilities.
• Conduct stakeholder visits across the United States as requested by the Government.
• Document stakeholder communications and maintain documentation, products, and deliverables.
• Produce Event Summaries and Stakeholder Engagement Reports for executive audiences.
• Understand the full range of program features to inform stakeholders and increase participation.
• Lead teams and identify stakeholders’ business needs in support of the program.
