Job summary

ASRC Federal Holding Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full lifecycle recruitment for technical and professional roles. This 100% remote position involves building targeted sourcing strategies, screening and interviewing candidates, and negotiating offers while ensuring compliance with government regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Ability to work 100% remote.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting and technical sourcing.
• Proficiency with ATS & CRM platforms; comfortable with government contracting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for technical and professional roles.
• Source, screen, interview, and close candidates across multiple categories.
• Negotiate offers within pay ranges and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain OFCCP, DOL, DCAA compliance and records in ATS/CRM.
• Represent ASRC Federal at career fairs and events; support proposals and recompetes; travel as needed.
