Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in recruiting coordination or related HR roles.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential data.
• Remote work capability; support teams on Eastern Time; high-volume recruiting experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters with day-to-day recruiting coordination, administrative tasks, and recruiting operations.
• Coordinate candidate interviews, scheduling, communications, follow-ups, and pre-employment or onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, status updates, job requisitions, and postings in the ATS.
• Support high-volume hiring for Distribution Center roles and help ensure an efficient, positive candidate experience.
• Prepare recruiting reports and trackers, partner with recruiters and site leadership, and support recruiting operations initiatives.
