Job summary

TopDog Law is a fully remote, nationally scaling personal injury firm seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to be the operational backbone of our hiring engine. This role supports ATS and HRIS administration, drafts offer letters, and helps coordinate our internship program in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.

You'll manage high-volume recruiting tasks, maintain data integrity across systems, and partner with recruiters to move candidates smoothly through the pipeline.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or onboarding.
• Experience with at least one ATS/HRIS platform — Rippling, Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
• Hands-on experience drafting or administering offer letters/templates.
• Exceptional attention to detail in high-volume work.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Experience at a small-to-mid-size company rather than a large enterprise.
• Based in or near the MST or CST time zones.

Responsibilities

• Support ATS and HRIS administration — candidate/employee data, system configuration, upkeep.
• Draft offer letters from templates, route for signature, track start dates.
• Support internship program — postings, scheduling, onboarding logistics, communication with managers.
• Manage high-volume recruiting administration across multiple open roles.
• Maintain data integrity across ATS and Rippling; spot gaps blocking offers.
• Partner with recruiters to keep candidates moving through the pipeline.
