Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage high-volume interview scheduling and logistics in a hybrid work environment. You will own scheduling requests, coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers, and ensure timely communications for both remote and onsite interviews.

You will maintain ATS data quality, support offer-letter processes with regional nuances, and report on your KPIs. This role emphasizes operational execution, collaboration, and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• 2-3 years admin work or 1 year Recruiting Coordinator experience.
• Strong scheduling, calendar management and prioritisation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle urgent requests with urgency.
• Clear written communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
• Familiarity with Goodtime and Greenhouse tooling.

Responsibilities

• High-volume interview scheduling within SLAs.
• Manage interview logistics (remote and onsite) and communications.
• Support interview day logistics, travel, expenses and recovery.
• Maintain ATS hygiene and accurate job postings.
• Keep pipeline stage accuracy and scorecards up to date.
• Prepare reporting on workload, KPIs and SLAs.
• Provide guidance and training to stakeholders.
• Possibly assist onboarding and training for new team members.
