TopDog Law is a fully remote, fast-growing personal injury firm seeking a Recruiting Coordinator. You’ll support ATS and HRIS administration, draft offers, and help run the 2027 internship program while coordinating across hiring managers.

If you’re detail-obsessed, tech-savvy, and thrive in a high-volume environment, this is your entry point into Talent Acquisition. You’ll partner with recruiters to keep candidates moving, maintain data integrity, and ensure timely close dates and starts.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting coordination, HR, or onboarding experience.
• Experience with at least one ATS/HRIS platform — Rippling, Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
• Hands-on experience drafting or administering offer letters/templates.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume work.
• Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
• Experience at a small-to-mid-size company and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support ATS and HRIS (Rippling) administration and data management.
• Draft offer letters from templates and track signatures, start dates.
• Support internship program coordination and hiring manager communication.
• Manage high-volume recruiting administration across multiple roles.
• Maintain data integrity across ATS and Rippling; flag gaps.
• Collaborate with recruiters to move candidates through the pipeline.
