Job summary

HirexHire, a Chicago-based recruiting and talent consultancy, seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to support full lifecycle recruiting for technical roles and client partnerships. You will assist with job descriptions, postings, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding, and pipeline management.

You will be a primary contact for clients and candidates, wearing many hats to improve operations and services while contributing to a growing team culture in a remote-friendly Chicagoland environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in a coordinator/assist role.
• Experience supporting recruitment for technical talent (software engineers, IT) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Consultants and clients across all recruiting stages with strong organization and follow-through.
• Assist with role intake, job description development, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding documents.
• Develop and manage job postings across channels to attract qualified talent.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates while maintaining diverse pipelines.
• Coordinate phone, video, and in-person interviews for an efficient process.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout lifecycle.
• Track recruiting activity and deliver regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
