TopDog Law is a fully remote, nationally scaling personal injury firm seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support ATS/HRIS administration, draft offers, and back our internship program. You’ll work across law and business org tracks in a fast-moving environment, ensuring data integrity and smooth candidate progression.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in recruiting coordination or onboarding.
• Experience with at least one ATS/HRIS (Rippling/Greenhouse/Lever/Ashby).
• Hands-on experience drafting or administering offer letters/templates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support ATS and HRIS administration (Rippling) — data, config, upkeep.
• Draft offer letters and track signature/start dates.
• Support internship program coordination and onboarding logistics.
• Manage high-volume recruiting admin across multiple roles.
• Maintain data integrity across ATS and Rippling; flag gaps.
• Partner with recruiters to move candidates through the pipeline.
