The position supports talent acquisition across multiple functions, coordinating interviews, managing recruiting administration, and guiding candidates and hiring teams through the process.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and proficient with ATS and HRIS systems.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Coordinator, or HR Coordinator role.
• High school diploma or GED; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms; Workday experience is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate interview scheduling and screening activities for candidates and hiring teams.
• Support recruiting operations through applicant tracking system and HRIS administration.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process via phone, email, and text messaging.
• Maintain and update recruiting documents, interview materials, and hiring resources.
• Create and manage job requisitions while ensuring compliance with applicable employment regulations.
• Prepare offer documentation and support onboarding-related processes.
• Post positions across various job boards and recruiting platforms.
• Respond to candidate and hiring manager inquiries and provide timely follow-up.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate hiring data and reporting metrics.
• Ensure recruiting records and internal documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Review recruitment-related invoices and assist with administrative processing.
• Support additional recruiting and talent acquisition projects as assigned.
