Addison Group is seeking a Remote Recruiter to support hiring across multiple business entities. You will manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level to leadership roles and partner with hiring managers to craft effective sourcing strategies.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3+ years’ experience, strong sourcing skills, and ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining excellent candidate experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus, with remote work and occasional on-site

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience staffing across entry-level to leadership roles.
• Strong sourcing using job boards, social networks, referrals.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions with organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to placement.
• Recruit for diverse positions across corporate, manufacturing, warehouse, construction, and more.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Create compelling postings and maintain applicant flow.
• Maintain candidate records and ATS data for accuracy.
• Build talent pipelines across entities and locations.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience with timely communication and coordination.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide updates to leadership.
• Support recruiting events and community outreach.
• Collaborate with Senior Recruiting Manager to improve processes.
