Responsibilities include scheduling interviews and screens, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers, and ensuring accurate recruiting documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Recruiting Coordinator experience.
• Some exposure to HR processes and onboarding.
• Experience scheduling interviews, phone screens, and candidate communications.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, phone screens, and candidate meetings.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruiting documentation and applicant tracking records.
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
