Job summary

Exit Without Selling seeks an Opportunity Recruiting Coordinator to run hiring for clients using their 12-asset playbook. The role is remote, contract-based, 10-20 hours per week with room to grow, and you’ll work with client advisors to write job copy, set up ATS, and screen candidates.

You’ll manage kickoff calls, ensure sequence compliance, coordinate with candidates, and publish live postings after client sign-off. Strong written communication and strict process discipline are required.

Qualifications

• Reliable async availability during US business hours.
• Ability to run structured calls with business owner clients and candidates.
• Strong written communication — you will edit recruiting copy and communicate with clients on behalf of EWS.
• Demonstrated ability to follow a multi-step process in exact sequence without supervision.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside the client’s advisor on each new role.
• Set up the client’s ATS account and Whop welcome package the same day a build is triggered.
• Run the 12-asset ORF build in Claude, write the job copy, and apply the anti‑AI editing pass before anything moves to Google Drive.
• Lead the client kickoff call: cover compensation, location, wording, interview process, ATS email templates, and applicant filtering.
• Publish the posting live and make sure the client can filter applicants on their own before the call ends.
• Configure all eight ATS funnel stages in order after the posting goes live.
• Coordinate with candidates and run phone screens as applicants come in.
• Join the advisor on account check‑in calls and keep the client and advisor updated so each hire runs smoothly.
