Private Company, LLP is partnering with an innovative financial technology company to hire a Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team. This is a 6-12 month contract role with a pay rate of $29-$36/hr and is remote for candidates in the Pacific Time zone.

You will coordinate high-volume interviews, serve as the main point of contact for candidates, and partner with recruiters to keep hiring moving.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination or TA operations.
• Ability to manage high-volume scheduling with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-service mindset.
• Strong organizational skills for fast-paced deadlines.
• Experience partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to support an efficient hiring process.
• Comfortable learning and leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and workflow.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to navigate ambiguity and improve processes.

• Coordinate a high volume of interviews, debriefs, and reference checks across multiple calendars and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a professional, responsive, and high-touch experience throughout the interview process.
• Partner closely with recruiters to keep hiring processes moving efficiently while proactively solving scheduling challenges.
• Support recruiting operations by identifying opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and the overall candidate experience.
• Assist with recruiting initiatives and projects that help scale hiring operations.
• Utilize AI tools as part of your daily workflow to improve efficiency and support recruiting operations.
