Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to partner with recruiters and hiring managers, delivering a seamless candidate experience from scheduling to interview day.

You will guide candidates through each step, act as a brand ambassador, and help optimize the ATS (Gem) usage for efficient processes. This full-time, remote-friendly role emphasizes attention to detail and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a TA Coordinator, People Coordinator, HR Coordinator, or similar scheduling/task management experience.
• Professional demeanor with a passion for candidate experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Outstanding follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Can work both independently and within a team.
• Self-starter and able to identify blockers before they become problems and improve processes.
• Multi-tasking and prioritization with urgency.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in Slack, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google equivalents (including Gmail).
• Gem ATS experience preferred; Modern Loop experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics with candidates and interview teams.
• Collaborate with recruiters to manage the candidate process and interview experience.
• Advise recruiters and hiring managers on scheduling and delays.
• Leverage automated scheduling to improve speed and efficiency.
• Provide white-glove guidance to candidates through the interview process.
• Serve as a Fetch Brand Ambassador and answer HR-related questions.
• Ensure ATS (Gem) usage aligns with the team.
• Respond to candidates professionally and promptly.
