Job summary

Baseten seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to create a seamless interview experience for every candidate. You will collaborate with recruiters to coordinate virtual and in-person interviews and support executive involvement when needed, ensuring candidates have everything they need at our SF office.

You will thrive on operational excellence, solving last-minute logistics, and maintaining warm, precise interactions with candidates and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting or HR experience.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and operationally strong; keep interviews moving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview loops and debriefs for candidates and internal interviewers.
• Schedule virtual and in-person interviews with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Manage onsite interview logistics, arrivals, workspace setup, and wrap-up.
• Proactively identify and resolve day-of issues and scheduling conflicts.
• Communicate interview plans and updates clearly to candidates and teams.
