Qualifications

• Experience with applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines.
• Strong sourcing capabilities across job boards and social networks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders.
• Ability to evaluate resumes and conduct structured interviews.
• Familiarity with technical recruitment for software/IT roles.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Manage candidate communications and maintain ATS records.
