Job summary

HirexHire, Inc. in Chicago is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support full lifecycle recruiting alongside our Consulting team, clients, and candidates. You’ll help write job descriptions, post roles, source and screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage offers and onboarding documents.

As one of two primary client contacts, you will contribute to pipeline activity and metrics, wear many hats in a small team, and help improve operations and services across the recruiting function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience in a coordinator or similar role.
• Experience supporting recruitment for technical talent.
• Excellent customer service and communication with hiring managers, candidates, and partners.
• Familiarity with ATS tools such as Greenhouse, Workable, Ashby, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Support Recruiting Consultants and clients across all stages of the recruiting process, ensuring strong organization and follow-through.
• Assist with role intake, job description development, sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding support.
• Develop and manage job postings across channels to attract qualified talent.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates while building diverse talent pipelines.
• Coordinate and facilitate phone, video, and in-person interviews, ensuring an efficient process.
• Maintain clear, timely communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the lifecycle.
• Track recruiting activity and provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders.
