Job summary

HirexHire in Chicago is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the full lifecycle recruiting process alongside our Recruiting Consultants, clients, and candidates. You will help write job descriptions and manage job postings, source and screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and create, send, and collect offers and onboarding documents for our customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years recruiting experience in a coordinator/assistant/sourcing role.
• Experience supporting recruitment for technical talent (software engineers, IT).
• Excellent customer service and confident communication with hiring managers and candidates.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Workable, Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Support consultants and clients across all stages of recruiting, ensuring organization and follow-through.
• Assist with role intake, job description development, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding support.
• Develop and manage job postings to attract qualified, targeted talent.
• Source and assess candidates while building diverse pipelines.
• Coordinate phone, video, and in-person interviews with stakeholders.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the lifecycle.
• Track activity and deliver regular updates to stakeholders.
