The position is hybrid in Chicago with Tue-Thu onsite and Mon & Fri remote, roughly 30–35 hours per week, flexible up to 40 during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruiting or recruiting coordination experience.
• Experience reviewing resumes and managing candidate pipelines.
• Experience working in an ATS; Greenhouse experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Collaborative mindset and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume candidate pipelines for recurring Contact Center classes.
• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Move candidates through recruiting process including video interviews and assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and support candidates through the offer process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS.
• Manage multiple hiring classes and overlapping recruiting cycles.
• Partner with recruiting team to keep processes moving.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

I'm currently looking for a Recruiting Contractor to join a collaborative recruiting team at a growing Chicago-based company.

This is a great opportunity for a junior recruiter or strong Recruiting Coordinator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and wants hands-on experience managing candidate pipelines from application through offer.

Location: Chicago - Hybrid

Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday onsite | Monday & Friday remote

Hours: Approximately 30-35 hours/week, with flexibility up to 40 hours during higher-volume periods

Pay: $35-$45/hour

Contract: November 2026 - June 2027, with potential for longer-term opportunities based on business needs

What you'll be doing:

• Managing high-volume candidate pipelines for recurring Contact Center hiring classes
• Reviewing applications and resumes and identifying qualified candidates
• Moving candidates through the recruiting process, including video interviews and assessments
• Reviewing candidate information and determining who should advance based on established criteria
• Coordinating interviews and supporting candidates through the offer process
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and statuses within the ATS
• Managing multiple hiring classes and overlapping recruiting cycles
• Partnering closely with the recruiting team to keep hiring processes moving efficiently
• Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the process

What we’re looking for:

• Approximately 2-3 years of recruiting or recruiting coordination experience
• Experience reviewing resumes/applications and managing candidate pipelines
• Experience working in an ATS; Greenhouse experience is a plus but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organization

A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required, and industry background is open.
