Agility Robotics, a robotics start-up, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support a fast-paced recruitment team. You will manage interview scheduling, candidate communications, and travel arrangements while maintaining excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting coordinator or equivalent experience at a tech company.
• Experience with Greenhouse applicant tracking system.
• Self-starter with an insatiable curiosity.
• Superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Ability to schedule candidate interview travel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• The calm in a storm with a great sense of humor.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience.
• Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging travel for visiting candidates.
• Coordinating the pre- and post-interview debrief meetings and providing debrief materials.
• Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency.
• Updating candidate records in Greenhouse (our ATS).
• Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed.
