Job summary

Agility Robotics is seeking a Senior Technical Sourcer on a 6-month contract to lead top-of-funnel talent generation for software, hardware, robotics, and AI engineering across the United States. You will partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and technical leaders to develop sourcing strategies, identify exceptional passive candidates, and build high-quality pipelines that support Agility's growth.

Remote role with optional hybrid work from Salem, OR, Pittsburgh, PA, or Fremont, CA.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical sourcing experience, with 2+ years in-house preferred.
• Experience sourcing software, hardware, robotics, AI, or related engineering roles.
• Proven ability to identify and engage highly specialized passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing strategy and execution for software, hardware, robotics, and AI engineering roles.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, calibrate candidate profiles, and develop sourcing strategies.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with passive technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, events, and other sourcing channels.
• Craft personalized outreach that drives candidate engagement and response rates.
• Build and maintain healthy candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track candidate activity and sourcing metrics within the ATS.
• Share talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and sourcing trends with recruiting and hiring teams.
• Contribute to sourcing best practices, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
