Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Contract Recruiting Coordinator to support the logistics and coordination of the recruiting efforts across OpenAI. You will schedule interviews, arrange travel, and manage candidate communications in a fast-paced environment.

Based in SF, NY, or Seattle, this temporary role is paid through a staffing agency and follows a hybrid model: three days in the office, with remote options on Thursdays and Fridays. You will collaborate with multiple teams to keep interviews on schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a fast-paced recruiting coordinator role.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and travel logistics for candidates.
• Schedule interviews across multiple time zones and teams.
• Use Ashby ATS and recruiting tools to stay organized.
• Support OpenAI's recruiting team across functions and tasks.
• Provide timely updates to candidates on status.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
